Hueman Professional Recruitment seeks a Regional Sales Execution Manager to lead a high-performing CPG sales organization across the Pacific Northwest, driving sustainable volume growth, market share gains, and distribution expansion.

You will guide a regional sales team, develop capabilities, and partner with distributors, retail customers, and cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies and maximize in-market performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management experience.
• 3+ years of progressive sales leadership in CPG/beverage/food & beverage or related consumer products industry.
• Proven success delivering volume growth, market share, distribution, and revenue in a competitive CPG environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of CPG sales strategies across assigned markets to drive volume, revenue, distribution, market share, and profitability.
• Model strong line management practices with clear objectives and high engagement across the team.
• Train and support regional sales team members to deliver sales goals effectively and efficiently.
• Demonstrate executive presence, communicate effectively, and maintain in-market presence with a strategic leadership mindset.
• Develop and translate strategic direction into go-to-market execution and order solicitation strategies.
• Shape customer and channel solicitation strategies and drive cross-functional execution.
• Build a strong network across customer accounts and engage at appropriate levels; partner with stakeholders to improve efficiency.
• Lead a growth-oriented sales team with measurable performance against business metrics and execution standards.
• Execute strategic sales plans by channel and engage top customers for future order solicitation.
