Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Pacific Northwest Sales Leader to drive sales for WA, OR, and ID. You’ll lead regional sales efforts, align with growth leadership, and support producers with coaching and strategy to achieve revenue targets.

The role requires strong leadership, deep local market knowledge, and the ability to manage complex B2B cycles across dispersed teams. Travel and collaboration with marketing and service teams are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven sales leadership experience preferred.
• Experience coaching producers, managing pipeline, and supporting complex B2B sales cycles.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy for Washington, Oregon, and Idaho within the Mountain West Market.
• Set annual sales goals and growth priorities with regional leaders.
• Hold producers accountable to business plans and revenue targets.
• Coach producers through prospecting, qualification, discovery, and closing.
• Provide field support by attending meetings with key opportunities.
• Develop a regular cadence for pipeline reviews and performance accountability.
