You will oversee Regional Sales Managers, coach teams, and collaborate with senior leadership to shape go-to-market plans and drive revenue growth across the Northwest.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of sales and territory management experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing sales professionals.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching and empowerment skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
