Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience leading projects or programs; PMO experience preferred.
• Consulting mindset with ability to assess current practices and recommend improvements.
• PM certifications (PMP) are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentations.
• Familiarity with PMO or portfolio maturity models and coaching teams.
• Hands-on experience with PMO/PPM tools: Smartsheet, Planisware, Planview.

Responsibilities

• Support current-state assessments of PMO and portfolio frameworks, including stakeholder interviews and data gathering.
• Analyze findings to identify root causes of issues and inefficiencies.
• Contribute to future-state recommendations and roadmaps for improvement.
• Build and implement processes, governance, templates, and tools.
• Run day-to-day PMO operations: portfolio reporting, steering materials, resource tracking.
• Apply industry best practices and tools, including Smartsheet.
