Job summary

TekWissen Group in Lansing, MI is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Client Project Management Office in the Center for Shared Solutions Call Center Support division. You will work with Project Managers and MiECC leadership in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, in a hybrid setting (on-site and remote).

The role requires exceptional communication, coordination, and follow-up skills, with experience in IT project management practices and familiarity with Clarity or similar PPM

Qualifications

• Prior experience with Call Center Technologies and Call Center Support.
• Experience supporting IT Project Managers in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Project Portfolio Management tools, preferably Clarity.
• Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with scheduling, resource assignment, and budget monitoring using the Client's PM tool.
• Prepare information for presentations for executives, managers, and project team members.
• Monitor progress against cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks.
• Ensure timely, clear communications with sponsors, teams, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain PMM deliverables: Charter, Schedule, Budget, Communications Plan, Status Reports, Risk/Issue Plans, Change Requests, Closedown Summary.
• Ensure adherence to SUITE PMM and SEM methodologies and proper transitions between lifecycle stages.
