Job summary

Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) is seeking a Program Process Analyst in Colorado Springs to support a DoD-focused program.

You will join the PMO, drive governance, reporting, and process improvements, and serve as a central coordination point among leadership, project teams, subcontractors, and government customers. The role includes executive-level administrative support to the Program Manager, calendar management, briefing materials, and leadership communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• U.S. citizen with current Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred.
• Within commutable distance to Colorado Springs, CO.
• Experience supporting a PMO or program operations team.
• Background in space operations, system integration, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO operations across a portfolio of projects with governance and reporting.
• Coordinate development and submission of contract deliverables and MSRs.
• Develop and maintain program dashboards, trackers, and SOPs.
• Analyze performance metrics, milestones, risks, and action items for leadership.
• Provide executive support to the Program Manager, including calendar management and communications.
• Coordinate travel, procurement, and administrative workflows within governance.
