Job summary

Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) seeks a Mid-Level Program Analyst for a federal contract in Huntsville, AL. You will partner with the Program Manager and government stakeholders to track program execution, manage deliverables, monitor burn rates, and mitigate schedule risks.

You will develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), track milestones, coordinate CDRL submissions, prepare executive briefings, and drive process improvements across onboarding, timekeeping, and QA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field with 3+ years in program analysis, project coordination, or financial tracking.
• Proven proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PPT for reporting.
• Experience with federal contracting lifecycles and government data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain IMS and project plans to meet milestones.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines for contracts.
• Monitor burn rates, invoicing, and EAC/variance analysis.
• Prepare executive briefings and PMR materials for government counterparts.
