Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee DoD ISR and sensor system programs. You will serve as the primary customer and stakeholder interface, driving end-to-end execution, risk management, and lifecycle governance.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with government offices to ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery. A clear path to securing a secret clearance is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 10+ years progressive program management experience, with 7+ years DoD contracts in ISR/sensor domains.
• Interim secret clearance with ability to obtain secret; SAIC sponsorship available.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end program management for DoD contracts focused on ISR, sensor systems, ECP development, modeling and simulation, prototyping, and drone dominance capabilities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement throughout program execution.
• Oversee lifecycle from requirements through design, development, test, fielding, and sustainment.
• Coordinate with government program offices, system integrators, and end users to meet requirements and performance specs.
• Conduct TIMs and status briefings; maintain strong customer relationships and anticipate evolving needs.
