Job summary

SAIC in Colorado Springs seeks a Program Process Analyst to support PMO operations and provide executive-level administrative support to the Program Manager. You will manage governance, reporting, and documentation for about 35 projects and maintain compliant, audit-ready records.

The role emphasizes process improvement, coordination with government customers, and tight collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and corporate stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with current TS or TS/SCI clearance and local to Colorado Springs, CO.
• Experience supporting a Program Management Office, program operations team, project management organization, or comparable business function.
• Background in Space operations, System integration, Project or program management, Organizational leadership, Human capital management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience preparing reports and executive briefs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project planning tools.

Responsibilities

• PMO Operations (65-70%): support program execution, governance, and operational excellence across a complex portfolio of projects.
• Coordinate development, review, quality assurance, and submission of contract deliverables to ensure compliance and quality.
• Prepare Monthly Status Reports and develop program dashboards and SOPs.
• Collect, analyze, and report program performance metrics, risks, dependencies, and action items for leadership decisions.
• Facilitate meetings, capture decisions, and track follow-up actions to closure.
• Executive Support (30-35%): manage calendars, prepare agendas and briefing materials, track executive actions, and coordinate leadership events.
• Maintain audit-ready records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
