Job summary

WSB is seeking a Senior Analyst, PMO to advance project delivery through data-driven insights, governance, and performance reporting in a dynamic professional services environment. This role collaborates with PMs, group leaders, and PMO leadership to ensure processes and data meet organizational standards.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in project management support, strong analytical skills, and experience building dashboards in Power BI, Excel, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project management support or PMO operations.
• Experience supporting project delivery and performance measurement in consulting or professional services.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards for leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with assigned Project Managers to review key performance indicators, project financial performance, and project status updates.
• Analyze project performance metrics and trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes.
• Identify, communicate, and elevate project risks, data discrepancies, or performance concerns to PMO leadership and key stakeholders as appropriate.
• Evaluate project setup, budgeting, and resource planning information to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project requirements.
• Lead and support project setup and maintenance activities, ensuring project plans, contracts, budgets, and related information are accurately reflected within project management systems.
• Manage project submissions and coordinate resolution of project setup issues to support timely project execution.
• Develop, maintain, and present dashboards, reports, and analyses using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for Project Managers, Group Leaders, and organizational leadership.
• Support quarterly forecasting, planning, and business review activities through data analysis, reporting, and presentation of project performance information.
• Utilize project management, CRM, financial, and reporting systems to collect, validate, analyze, and interpret project data.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to project management processes, reporting, workflows, and system utilization.
• Maintain and enhance process documentation, templates, best practice guides, and training materials to support consistent project management practices.
• Conduct periodic reviews of PMO processes, documentation, and reporting structures to ensure effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.
