Job summary

BD is a leading global medical technology company. The Portfolio Analyst supports the Portfolio Manager and PMO at the intersection of project execution and business visibility, enabling teams with processes, tools, and data to deliver portfolio insights for leadership.

You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, ensure data quality, and collaborate with Finance to integrate financial forecasts. The role emphasizes PMO excellence, AI/automation, and stakeholder partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in portfolio analysis, PMO, project management, analytics, or related.
• Experience with project and portfolio management practices/tools.
• Strong Excel skills and data culture.
• Ability to evaluate new technology to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Enable PMO processes, tools, reporting, and portfolio management practices.
• Maintain accurate portfolio data and utilize PMO systems.
• Translate project data into portfolio visibility: schedules, capacity, financials, risks, milestones.
• Collaborate with Finance to integrate financial forecasts into portfolio analysis.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and leadership reporting.
• Support portfolio governance, planning, and visual management.
• Align BU tools/data/reporting with enterprise initiatives.
• Identify and implement AI, automation, and digital solutions.
• Improve processes and reduce admin work for PMs.
