Job summary

GTS Technology Solutions, Inc. is hiring a PMO Manager to lead a team of project managers and own customer and vendor escalations, staff coaching, and PMO process improvement.

You will oversee a team of project managers, technicians, and administrators, own escalations to resolution, coach and develop the PMO team, and coordinate with operations, field delivery, facilities, and accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years PMO or project management office experience.
• Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of concurrent projects.
• Comfort owning customer and vendor escalations directly.
• PMP, PgMP, or CAPM highly desirable, not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of project managers, technicians, and administrators.
• Own escalations to resolution from the project management, facility, and field teams.
• Coach and develop the project management team.
• Lead coordination among operations, field delivery, facilities, and accounting.
• Participate in financial forecasting and budget-to-actuals tracking.
