Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced PMO leader to govern and drive IT/OT program delivery across complex transformation projects in the United States. You will manage planning, risk, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with business objectives and scope.

The role requires seven-plus years leading PMO functions in enterprise settings, PMP/PMI-ACP/PgMP certifications, and readiness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance and execution for IT/OT programs, ensuring alignment to objectives, scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Drive program planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk/issue resolution, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, technology, operations, vendors, stakeholders) for complex transformation delivery.
• Establish and maintain PMO processes, standards, templates, and reporting practices.
• Facilitate meetings, steering committees, governance forums; prepare updates and action tracking.
• Monitor program financials, resource allocations, delivery performance, escalations and corrective actions.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational adoption.
