Job summary

Turo is seeking a strategic PMO leader to define and drive the Project Management Office across Operations. You will shape governance, mentor a high-performing team, and align initiatives with executive priorities to deliver measurable business impact.

The role requires strong executive communication, Change management, and a track record of delivering complex cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office hybrid role based in Phoenix.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project or Program Management
• 3+ years leading a team
• Experience defining PMO standards and processes
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the PMO strategy and governance frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers.
• Own strategic roadmap and prioritization with executive leadership.
• Ensure data integrity and executive visibility in project status.
• Drive accountability for milestones, deliverables, and business impact
