Job summary

Turo Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management for Pricing in San Francisco. You will lead a team of PMs building dynamic pricing, risk-based fees, and host pricing interfaces to drive growth and profitability across markets.

Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Analytics to deploy real-time pricing models, while shaping a multi-year product roadmap and mentoring top PM talent.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in marketplaces or similar.
• Experience building pricing products at scale.
• Strong quantitative background and comfort with data science collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of PMs focused on dynamic pricing, risk-based fees, and host pricing interfaces.
• Define and own a multi-year pricing roadmap.
• Partner with Data Science to develop real-time pricing algorithms.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics to launch pricing features that drive growth.
• Hire, develop, and retain PM talent; establish best practices.
