VectorUSA is seeking an experienced Director of PMO to lead our Project Management team in Torrance, CA. This full-time, in-office role reports to the VP of Project Management & Engineering and focuses on hands-on leadership of project managers across a diverse portfolio.

You will drive governance, financial performance, and scalable PMO processes, ensuring on-time delivery, risk management, and client satisfaction while developing Talent and capacity for nationwide growth.

Qualifications

• Active PMP certification is required.
• 710 years of progressive project management experience.
• 5+ years of direct management or leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects and a large portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, ETC/EAC, revenue, cost, and change management.

Responsabilités

• Lead Project Managers and Associate PMs with regular coaching.
• Maintain oversight of scope, schedule, cost, and client commitments.
• Develop and enforce PMO governance, templates, KPIs, and reporting.
• Forecast staffing and capacity for current and future demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve resource constraints.
