• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Division's leadership operating rhythm and governance cadence.
• Coordinate executive meetings and strategic reviews; track actions.
• Serve as primary coordination point across Model T and PMO&O.
• Align priorities and manage dependencies and resource discussions.
• Oversee governance framework execution and audit readiness.
• Lead strategic PMO&O initiatives and cross‑divisional projects.
• Support executive communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Act as the first escalation point for portfolio issues; ensure visibility.
