Job summary

Turo Inc. seeks a Director of Product Management to lead the pricing engine that powers growth across the platform. You will build and scale a team of PMs, partner with data science, engineering, and design, and shape pricing strategy for millions of transactions.

You will own a multi‑year pricing roadmap, drive quantitative decision making, and influence economics, seasonality, and market conditions while aligning with business goals in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading PMs.
• Experience in rideshare, travel, hospitality, or marketplace pricing at scale.
• Strong quantitative background with data, A/B testing, and economics.
• Proven ability to develop and communicate a compelling product vision and execute it through ambiguity.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and data science.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of PMs focused on pricing, including dynamic pricing, risk‑based fees, and host pricing interfaces.
• Define and own the multi‑year pricing roadmap, balancing short‑term delivery with long‑term platform goals.
• Partner with Data Science to build dynamic pricing algorithms using real‑time signals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics to ship pricing features that grow the platform.
• Hire, develop and retain PM talent, and raise the standard of product craft.
