Job summary

Ascent Global Logistics, Inc. in the United States is seeking an experienced PMO operations leader to own intake, governance, and reporting across IT projects. You will collaborate with delivery managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders to maintain standards and drive execution.

Responsibilities include prioritization, scoping with leadership, and running risk and release governance. Experience with agentic AI and executive dashboards is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in PMO operations, project coordination or delivery operations.
• Deep hands-on Jira and Confluence administration experience.
• Strong process design, governance and documentation skills.
• Solid knowledge of Agile delivery and SDLC workflows.
• Excellent written communication for executives and teams.
• Experience presenting priorities to senior leadership.
• Experience facilitating recurring forums with senior stakeholders.
• AI-assisted reporting and governance familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own IT work intake as the single front door for all projects and requests.
• Lead executive communication on intake, prioritization and sequencing.
• Maintain PMO governance framework, SOPs and templates.
• Produce weekly and monthly executive status reports.
• Administer Jira/Confluence across the enterprise and ensure data integrity.
• Build automations and AI-enabled insights for reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts with PMO leadership.
