Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Vice President of PMO/IMO & CMO to lead the global Project Management Office, Integration Management Office and Change Management Office. You will shape governance, standards and portfolio management across regions to deliver strategic initiatives.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will build a high-performing team, enable enterprise transformation, and provide executive-level updates on project status, ROI and adoption of changes.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance or a related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Extensive experience leading enterprise transformation and PMO/IMO/CMO initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a global PMO as a strategic enterprise function.
• Lead PMI integration efforts with cross-functional teams and ROI targets.
• Develop and implement enterprise change management frameworks.
• Provide executive reporting to CSO, CEO, and board on initiatives and progress.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing PM/CM professional team.
• Ensure governance, standards, and project controls are in place.
