Job summary

Ascend Learning is seeking a PMO Operations Manager to own governance for NASM's Enterprise PMO systems and ERP intake process. You will partner with PMs, ERP Advisory, and stakeholders to maintain accurate, well-documented platforms and support project teams during execution.

The role focuses on governance, data quality, and providing training to PMs and stakeholders while ensuring ERP intake processes stay reliable and well-documented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, project management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience administering or governing a work/project management platform.
• Strong understanding of PMO operating models, project management methodologies, lifecycle documents, and reporting structures.

Responsibilities

• Own governance framework for the Enterprise PMO system and templates.
• Maintain Tier 2/3 reporting standards in partnership with Project Owners.
• Build dashboards and reporting views for clear project status.
