Job summary

Alliant is seeking an experienced PMO professional to manage large, cross-functional initiatives with a strong focus on delivery and governance.

You will partner with executives and process owners to translate strategic vision into actionable plans, lead diverse teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes coaching, agile maturity, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of product management, program management, or related experience.
• In lieu of education, 8 years of product management and Agile Methodology experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of multiple large cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitor and report on project budget, current expenditures and remaining funds.
• Partner with executives and process owners to translate vision into executable plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals and drive organizational change.
• Ensure delivery and milestones meet quality standards and are aligned with OKRs.
• Provide coaching to PMs and drive agile maturity across portfolios.
