Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Project Management Office Lead to drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across multiple client sites. You will monitor safety and quality, coordinate schedules, and prepare construction estimates with guidance from a Project Manager.

The role emphasizes governance, documentation, and digital tools adoption, with growth opportunities within a global EPC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering; or equivalent years of experience.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering, construction or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong program management, budget management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with standardization of methods and processes; define project management frameworks, templates, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with governance compliance with project standards and provides visibility into project performance.
• Proficient in PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Lean) and core processes like risk, scope, and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Establish project governance processes and reporting requirements.
• Maintain project management plans, execution strategies, and control systems.
• Coordinate stage-gate reviews and project audits.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports; ensure timely input and completeness of information.
• Consolidate project KPIs and performance metrics; develop executive dashboards.
• Coordinate management meetings and governance forums; track action items to closure.
• Oversee project documentation and project management systems; support digital tools implementations.
