Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Management Office Lead to work onsite at client sites across Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Puerto Rico and other locations. You will manage governance, dashboards and stakeholder coordination while supporting program teams in engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.

You’ll need a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 8+ years of experience in regulated environments. Proficiency in PM methodologies and governance is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering, construction or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong program management, budget management, risk management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience standardizing methods, processes, templates and governance.
• Experience reviewing governance compliance and providing visibility into performance.
• Familiar with PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Lean) and core PM processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish project governance processes and reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with client, company, and project procedures.
• Maintain project management plans, execution strategies and control systems.
• Coordinate stage-gate reviews and project audits.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project reports and liaise with department leads for information.
• Consolidate KPIs and performance metrics; develop executive dashboards.
• Ensure data consistency across reports and dashboards for leadership and clients.
• Coordinate management meetings and governance forums; track action items.
• Drive alignment across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Oversee documentation, databases and project management systems; support digital tools.
• Maintain records supporting audits and project reviews.
