Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Management Office Lead to oversee governance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination on large-scale projects in Houston, TX. You will manage schedules, budgets, and stakeholder engagement at the client site, coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

You’ll develop and maintain project governance, deliver executive dashboards, and support constructability and design revisions while growing your PMO expertise in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in engineering, construction, or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong program, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with project governance, standardization, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance processes and reporting.
• Coordinate stage-gate reviews and project audits.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
