Jacobs is seeking a Project Management Office Lead to oversee governance, controls, reporting, and documentation on client sites in Puerto Rico, Texas, and Virginia. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams, develop templates and best practices, and ensure compliance with project standards while driving performance and risk management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 8 years of experience in engineering, construction or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong program management, budget management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with standardization of methods and processes: ability to define project management frameworks, templates, tools, and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Establish project governance processes and reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with client, company, and project procedures.
• Maintain project management plans, execution strategies, and control systems.
• Coordinate stage-gate reviews and project audits.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports, liaising with project department leads for input.
• Consolidate project KPIs and performance metrics; develop executive dashboards.
• Coordinate management meetings and governance forums; track action items.
• Maintain project documentation; oversee databases and PM systems.
