Job summary

Jacobs is hiring for a Project Management Office Lead to work onsite at client locations in Carolina/Guaynabo, PR, Northeast Houston, TX and/or Richmond/Goochland, VA. You will manage governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

You will review vendor documentation, support design options, and guide project teams through change orders and RFIs while ensuring compliance with client turnover protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 8 years of experience in engineering, construction or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong program management, budget management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with standardization of methods and processes: able to define project management frameworks, templates, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with reviewing governance compliance with project standards and provides visibility into project performance.
• Proficient in industry PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Lean) and core processes like risk, scope, and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Establish project governance processes and reporting requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports, liaising with project department leads to ensure timely input and completeness of information.
• Consolidate project KPIs and performance metrics.
• Develop executive-level dashboards for project leadership and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate management meetings and governance forums.
• Ensure action items are tracked and closed.
