Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in construction management or business management.
• At least 5 years of project cost controls experience.
• Experience with cost controls tools: EcoSys, Oracle, Excel.
• Experience coordinating and executing project issues.
• Experience tracking actual costs, commitments, and accruals in cost systems.
• Support updates to Estimate at Completion and Cash Flow Forecasts.
• Experience in project controls and financial issues.
