Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirements, documentation, schedules, and Agile activities for IT projects.
• Maintain and refine backlogs using JIRA and Teams Planner.
• Support sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prepare schedules, status reports, and meeting notes; track actions and dependencies.
