Job summary

KMRG, LLC is hiring an IT Project Manager to support the United States Capitol Police in a hybrid role based in Southwest Washington, DC.

You will manage up to 10 IT projects, coordinating scope, schedule, and budget within a structured PMO environment, applying Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall approaches as appropriate, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication and governance. Security clearance requirements apply, with onsite and limited telework as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects of varying size and complexity.
• PMP certification and Agile certification (CSM/PMI-ACP/PSM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 10 IT projects of varying size and complexity.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, budgets, risks, changes, and documentation with USCP stakeholders.
• Apply Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to project needs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, requirements, and communications.
• Produce clear status reports and governance documentation for PMO oversight.
