Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Familiarity with PM concepts, workflows, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist requirements gathering and backlog refinement for IT projects.
• Document needs with stakeholders, developers, and PMs.
• Maintain backlogs using JIRA and Planner.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) planning.
• Organize project information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
• Prepare schedules, status reports, and action logs.
• Maintain PMO governance docs and risk/issue tracking.
• Provide PMO support including documentation in SharePoint/Microsoft Teams/Confluence.
