Job summary

KMRG, LLC is hiring an IT Project Manager to support the United States Capitol Police (USCP) in Washington, DC. You will manage up to 10 IT projects within a PMO, coordinating scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery.

Role requires PMP and Agile certifications, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience with Microsoft Project and SharePoint. Hybrid work setup with onsite and telework options is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects of varying size and complexity.
• Current PMP certification and an Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or PSM).

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 10 IT projects of varying size and complexity.
• Coordinate scope, schedules, budgets, risks, changes, documentation, and stakeholder communication within a PMO environment.
• Assist stakeholders in defining project scope, objectives, requirements, and delivery expectations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and related documentation.
• Apply Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Coordinate milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across initiatives.
