Job summary

KMRG, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator / Business Analyst to support the United States Capitol Police (USCP) IT PMO. The role coordinates requirements, documentation, schedules, Agile ceremonies, stakeholder communications, risks, issues, and daily project controls.

Hybrid work arrangement in Southwest Washington, DC with onsite majority after two months; full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of admin or project-support experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of administrative, coordination, or project-support experience.
• Familiarity with PMO concepts, workflows, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering, backlog refinement, and user-story development for IT projects.
• Maintain and refine backlogs using JIRA and Teams Planner.
• Assist with Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Prepare schedules, status reports, and action logs; ensure documentation is current.
