Job summary

KMRG, LLC is seeking a PMO Project Coordinator to support the USCP IT PMO. Hybrid work in Southwest Washington, DC; standard schedule with security requirements.

You will coordinate requirements, create and maintain documentation, backlogs, and agile ceremonies, and help track risks, issues, and dependencies across IT projects. Qualified applicants have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of administrative or project-support experience, with proficiency in Office tools and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of administrative, coordination, or project-support experience.
• Familiarity with project management concepts, workflows, and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Teams Planner, and Planner Premium.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering, user-story development, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement for IT projects.
• Document needs with stakeholders, developers, and project managers; keep requirements current.
• Maintain backlogs using JIRA and Teams Planner.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and coordination as needed.
• Organize project information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate follow-up on requirements, decisions, and actions throughout project delivery.
• Assist with sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
• Prepare and update project schedules, agendas, status reports, and action logs.
