Job summary

Ontic Creedmoor seeks a PMO Governance & Project Analyst to support the Global PMO, keeping projects organized and governance reporting accurate. You will coordinate meetings, maintain project information, track milestones and help deliver across the business.

Working closely with Project Managers and PMO leadership, you’ll develop dashboards in Power BI, prepare reports, and manage trackers and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent documentation and reporting capabilities for project governance.
• Experience with preparing reports, trackers and action follow-ups.
• Desirable: PMO administration or executive support experience.
• Desirable: familiarity with Power BI, Planner, SharePoint or Dynamics 365; PRINCE2 or APM advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, governance reviews and reporting schedules.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Assist with project governance activities including initiation and closure.
• Produce monthly scorecards, portfolio reporting and dashboards.
• Maintain trackers, materials, dashboards and controlled docs using Excel, Power BI, SharePoint.
• Support PMO systems and onboarding, improving workflows and reporting accuracy.
• Own actions and small projects, grow coordination skills.
