Job summary

Ontic is seeking a PMO Governance & Project Coordinator in Creedmoor, NC to support the Global PMO. You will coordinate meetings, maintain project information, track milestones and support governance and reporting activities across the business.

You will work with Project Managers, PMO leadership and stakeholders, building visibility, structure and follow-through to drive successful project delivery while developing your project coordination skills under experienced guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong background in administration, coordination or business support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize information and meet deadlines.
• Experience preparing reports, maintaining trackers, coordinating meetings.
• Desirable familiarity with PMO processes or governance tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, governance reviews and reporting schedules.
• Support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle: plans, milestones, risks, issues.
• Assist with project governance activities: initiation, reviews, approvals, compliance, closure.
• Prepare monthly project scorecards, dashboards and management reporting.
