Job summary

WSB is seeking a Senior Analyst, PMO to support project delivery across the organization. You will partner with Project Managers and PMO leadership to ensure data accuracy, reporting, and governance, driving improvements and actionable insights for decision-making.

You will develop dashboards and analyses using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, support forecasting and planning, and help maintain PMO processes and templates for consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years in project management support, project controls, business analysis, or PMO operations.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with assigned Project Managers to review KPIs, financials, and status updates.
• Analyze project performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify and escalate risks, data discrepancies, or performance concerns to PMO leadership.
• Evaluate project setup, budgeting, and resource planning for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead and support project setup and maintenance within PM systems.
• Manage project submissions and coordinate resolution of setup issues.
• Develop, maintain, and present dashboards and analyses using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Support quarterly forecasting and business reviews with data-driven insights.
• Utilize PMO, CRM, and financial systems to collect and interpret project data.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and reporting.
• Maintain process documentation, templates, and training materials to support consistent practices.
• Periodic reviews of PMO processes and reporting structures to ensure alignment with objectives.
