Job summary

Dewpoint seeks a strategic PMO Director to lead enterprise project management, governance, and delivery excellence. You will define "The Dewpoint Way" and drive AI-enabled portfolio management and KPI frameworks across the organization.

Reporting to the VP of Service Delivery, you will build playbooks, templates, and governance processes, mentor teams, and partner with business leaders to scale profitability and client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of project, program, or portfolio management experience.
• 5+ years leading project delivery or transformations.
• Experience building PMO functions from the ground up.
• Experience deploying AI, analytics, automation, or BI solutions in delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the enterprise PMO function.
• Develop and execute a multi-year PMO maturity roadmap aligned with growth.
• Define governance models, lifecycle standards, and delivery frameworks.
• Own project management methodologies, standards, templates, tools, and reporting.
• Create transparency across all project portfolios to drive accountability.
• Design and implement The Dewpoint Way for project execution.
