Job summary

Deloitte Technology-US (DT-US) Office of the CIO PMO is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the PMO Operations team, own processes and tools, and deliver timely portfolio insights. You will configure ServiceNow SPM, drive AI/automation initiatives, and ensure governance frameworks and reusable assets support DT-US programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Project/Program Management using structured methodologies (PMBOK/Prince2).
• 3+ years of experience managing full lifecycle IT projects with strategy development and implementation.
• Recent experience using generative AI tools to improve program reporting or process efficiency.
• 1+ year of people/process management experience supervising PMs and coordinators.
• 3+ years of project/program financial management (planning, forecasting, budgeting, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Ability to travel 0-10%, predominately remote with option to work from home or Deloitte office.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PMO Operations team as its sole leader and own overall team service quality.
• Analyze the PMO Operations budget and manage resource assignments for coverage across programs.
• Own the performance management cycle for the PMO team.
• Identify learning opportunities and manage certification requirements (e.g., PMP).
• Own recurring PMO team communications and in-person events.
• Own portfolio-level reporting and provide timely insight to leaders.
• Maintain PMO governance standards and processes across DT-US.
• Serve as the process owner for the ServiceNow SPM module and oversee platform evolution.
• Design AI and automation solutions to improve reporting, planning, and knowledge management.
• Develop and maintain reusable PM assets and governance frameworks.
• Step into short-term needs to stand up PM processes and tooling.
• Evaluate and improve PMO processes for efficiency.
• Prepare presentations for PMO strategy and performance; manage stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain quality management standards within the PMO.
• Travel 0-10% as needed.
