Job summary

PMI (Project Management Institute) seeks a senior leader to drive the enterprise AI delivery and governance portfolio. You will translate enterprise AI priorities into actionable programs, oversee governance, dependencies, risks, and benefits realization, and lead enterprise AI initiatives across functions to scale beyond pilots.

You will establish reporting structures and governance standards, coordinate with senior executives, and align stakeholders to achieve measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, information systems, computer science, engineering, analytics, data science, operations, or a related field.
• PMP certification is required; PMI-CPMAI and/or PMI-ACP strongly preferred.
• Experience translating strategic objectives into integrated delivery plans with clear business outcomes.
• Experience supporting senior governance forums and coordinating follow-through across multiple owners.
• Proven ability to lead or coordinate a network of project managers across a matrix/PMO.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of PMI’s enterprise AI delivery and governance capability.
• Translate AI priorities into an actionable, governed portfolio of initiatives.
• Oversee program governance, cross-functional dependencies, risks, and benefits realization.
• Directly lead enterprise AI initiatives and shared capabilities across functions.
• Establish and maintain governance framework, delivery standards, and reporting structures.
