Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in ITIL/ITSM, business, customer support, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Formulates strategies in escalation, change management, and communication with customers.
• Owns expense/cost targets for all service delivery requirements and implements controls.
• Manages high-risk projects, leads cross-functional teams, and implements corrective actions.
• Oversees timely SLA delivery, negotiates with vendors, and contributes to account plans.
• Identifies revenue opportunities and ensures policy compliance.
• Drives cross-organizational optimization and enhances customer engagement processes.
• Develops solutions and participates in presales and change order negotiations.
• Provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
