Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of project management experience in customer-facing roles within fast-paced, high-tech environments (SaaS or systems integration preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to prepare project status reports for customers and internal teams.
• Experience building professional relationships with colleagues, customers, and executive stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle and build relationships with day-to-day contacts and executives.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, scope, budgets, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Maintain organized project records documenting goals, timelines, scope, risks, decisions, actions, and progress.
• Prepare and deliver clear, accurate, and timely project status reports for internal teams, customer stakeholders, and leadership.
• Lead customer and internal project meetings; communicate status, document decisions, and track follow-up actions.
• Tailor communications for audiences to ensure stakeholders understand status, risks, plans, and expectations.
• Coordinate activities across internal and customer teams; confirm responsibilities and due dates; ensure action items are completed.
• Manage customer expectations and address scope changes professionally.
• Assess project health, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation/escalation strategies.
• Balance timelines, scope, budgets, and priorities with urgency; guide customers through change management.
• Escalate concerns with facts, impact, and next steps; keep documentation current for informed decisions.
