Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Master-level professional for the Engagement Program Management Office. The role leads customer engagement, plans and controls scope, time, budget and quality, and manages cross-functional vendor efforts to sell and implement complex solutions.

The position emphasizes portfolio governance, mentoring, and consistent delivery of strategic programs, often across global teams. A PM background and security clearance readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
• Recognized as a leader in the PM Professions community.
• PMP Certified.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French would be considered an asset.
• Experience managing cloud configuration projects is preferred.

• Manages customer project delivery.

• Manages project financials including P&L.

• Manages project team.

• Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors.
• Acts as a mentor and role model, fostering growth and supporting the professional development of others.
