Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Delivery Readiness & Enablement Manager to lead global readiness initiatives for service launches and digital capabilities. The role emphasizes strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and enterprise-wide enablement across delivery functions.

The position is remote, requiring influence across PMOs, product managers, and customer success teams to ensure Day 0–Day 2 readiness and successful adoption of new offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience partnering with PMOs and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead readiness strategy and planning for strategic initiatives and service launches.
• Design and manage enablement programs for new services and digital changes.
• Define role-based enablement journeys for delivery teams.
• Build readiness frameworks, templates, standards, and governance models.
• Coordinate creation of high-impact delivery collateral and enablement content.
• Measure readiness and adoption, and drive continuous improvement.
