Responsibilities

• Owns expense/cost targets for service delivery requirements and monitors controls.
• Manages high-risk projects, leads cross-functional teams, and implements corrective actions.
• Oversees timely SLA delivery, vendor negotiations, and contributes to account plans.
• Identifies revenue opportunities and ensures policy compliance.
