Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead multiple programs across the Global Business Unit. You will develop strategy, manage budgets, and coordinate internal and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

You will drive continuous improvement, mentor staff, and enforce schedules and quality with vendors while promoting innovative technologies in manufacturing engineering. This role demands strong communication and leadership across teams.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any related discipline or commensurate experience.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience in engineering development and implementation or related field.
• Experience leading programs with cross-functional teams and managing budgets or P&L.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads key programs involving multiple functions and program teams to drive engineering development and implementation for multiple products or services.
• Directs development of overall program strategy, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Oversees program teams and partners; ensures alignment with unit strategy and owns program profit and loss management.
• Communicates progress, escalations, and analysis to stakeholders; collaborates with management to implement changes to drive cost efficiency.
