Capgemini onshore PMO Analyst role within Global PMO offers a 1-month contract. The role focuses on process optimization, KPI tracking, and delivery governance across deployment initiatives.

Responsibilities include analyzing end-to-end SDLC, defining KPIs, and building reusable deployment assets. Proficiency with Jira/Confluence and strong stakeholder communication are essential for improving time-to-market across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Process Improvement, PMO, Delivery Operations, Product Management, Scrum Master, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements, development, SIT, UAT, and deployment.
• Experience driving operational efficiency, workflow optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze end-to-end SDLC processes to identify bottlenecks, rework cycles, delivery risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Define, track, and report on delivery KPIs, including deployment cycle times, defect trends, and delivery performance metrics.
• Facilitate process improvement workshops, retrospectives, and planning sessions across cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain reusable delivery assets, knowledge bases, playbooks, templates, and deployment frameworks.
• Partner with engineering and delivery teams to identify opportunities for solution, configuration, and integration reuse.
• Improve adoption and effectiveness of Jira, Confluence, dashboards, and reporting tools to support delivery efficiency.
• Present findings, recommendations, and performance trends to program leadership.
