Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a PMO Analyst for a long-term contract in Chicago with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite).

You will provide PMO support, oversee budget tracking and reporting, and manage vendor/resource administrative tasks while ensuring PMO process compliance across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience with PMO processes and Jira and be able to generate executive reports.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of PMO processes and procedures.
• Experience with Jira.
• Experience designing and generating reports for executive and operational use.
