Job summary

GAF is seeking a PMO Analyst to support the Transformation Office, driving standardized tracking, dashboard creation, risk/issue identification, and milestone monitoring across strategic imperatives. You’ll ensure single-source-of-truth governance and provide clear leadership reporting visibility.

The role analyzes project performance data, escalates blockers, and promotes standardized PMO practices, while collaborating with initiative leads and stakeholders to maintain alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, PMO operations, management consulting, or corporate transformation.
• Project Management: Strong knowledge of PMO methodologies, milestone tracking, and risk management.
• Analytical & Data Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Canva, Gemini) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex project data into concise executive summaries.
• Adaptability: High comfort level working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• CAPM, PMP, or Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain central dashboards and status trackers across the 8 Strategic Imperatives and transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate regular imperative progress reviews, collect milestone updates, and ensure accurate RAG status reporting.
• Analyze project performance data, detect trends, identify dependencies, and flag potential roadblocks for proactive escalation.
• Promote and support consistent project management frameworks, templates, and reporting tools across initiative teams.
• Collaborate with initiative leads, functional teams, and transformation stakeholders to gather operational inputs and maintain alignment.
