Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a PMO Consultant to lead PMO functions for large-scale enterprise projects, focusing on governance, delivery excellence, and alignment with client objectives. The role requires five+ years in enterprise project management and PMP/PRINCE2 certification.

Strong governance design, stakeholder engagement, and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and data visualization are essential. Excellent communication and sponsor management are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in enterprise project management, including oversight of large-scale project portfolios.
• Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 and strong PMO frameworks.
• Design and refine governance structures for business needs.
• Experience in developing project strategies including resources, scheduling, risk, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
• Proficient in monitoring with PM metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborates with teams to integrate PMO processes into lifecycles.
• Understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO markets preferred.
• Experience in consulting and project delivery optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to engage with client management under pressure.
• Strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Organizational and time management with attention to detail.
• Advanced MS Office, MS Project, and data visualization tools.
• Fluent English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality project governance and reporting deliverables.
• Manage client workshops for planning and execution.
• Lead PMO activities from initiation to closure.
• Provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
• Monitor and report on project and portfolio progress to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement robust mitigations.
• Oversee project financials, plans, resources, and risk monitoring.
• Participate in end-to-end sales process including proposals.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Support Capgemini PMO offerings and transformation agendas.
• Contribute to transformation agendas for existing and new clients.
